My package arrived, but I received the wrong item. What do I do?

If you received an item in your package that does not match the order invoice from your order confirmation email, (e.g. items in the wrong size, style, or color) please take the steps listed below. 

 

  • Verify that the item does not match the order invoice by checking the order confirmation email.  
  • Send an email to customerservice@gearupsports.net 
  • Include your order number, name, and a brief description of the issue. 
  • This email must include attached images of the following: 
    • the incorrect garment 
    • the cardboard tag (if present)
    • and the small fabric tag on the inside side-seam of the garment, under the care instructions tag 
  • We will not be able to assist until we receive images that allow us to verify that the item in question is incorrect.
