Items that arrive in your package with damage are considered “defective garments.” This includes holes, runs, rips, or tears in the garment, and items that have been sewn or labeled incorrectly.
We process these on a case-by-case basis due to the flexible nature of the clothing industry standards.
Items that have been printed with a logo or customization option that does not match the image provided on the webstore for said item, and/or doesn't match the customizations listed on the order invoice, are considered to be "misprints."
If you believe your garment is defective or misprinted, please follow these steps:
- Send photos of the following to customerservice@gearupsports.net within 30 days of delivery of the defective garment(s):
- the garment and the defective/misprinted area
- the cardboard sales tags
- the small fabric tag under the care instructions tag, usually sewn into the inside side-seam of the garment.
- Include your league name and order number in the email.
- Please include a brief description of the defect.
Upon receipt of the photos, we will assess the damage or defect, and work together with you to provide appropriate accommodation.
