My package is missing an item/one of my items is back ordered. What do I do?

If you received your order’s tracking information email and see that an item from the order isn’t listed, or if you receive your package and it does not contain an item from your order, there are a couple of possible explanations.  

 

1) The item is currently on back order 

When an item is on back order, this means we have run out of stock at our warehouse and are waiting on a shipment of product from Nike. We include a back order notice card in each order package affected by a back ordered item. As soon as we receive the item back in stock, our team will ship it to your address with expedited shipping at no additional cost. No action is required from the customer. 

 

2) The item was left out by mistake 

Each order is packaged by one of our employees, which means there is potential for human error in the packaging process. Rarely, it can happen that an item, or a back order card, is not  included in a package by mistake. If your order confirmation email and tracking email list  an item, but the item was not included in the delivery and you did not receive a back order  card in your package, please send an email to customerservice@gearupsports.net and we will  investigate the situation.
