How does sizing insurance work?

Customers have an opportunity to purchase sizing insurance at checkout. Sizing insurance covers both blank and customized products. Customers may use insurance one time, per garment, for a better fit in the same style and color as the original item.

 

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to make any sizing exchanges. Date of delivery can be located with the provided shipment tracking number. We will include a sizing insurance card in the packages of all orders purchased with sizing insurance. The sizing insurance card has a link to an exchange form to submit your request.

 

If items in your order need to be returned, the Customer Service Team will provide a return label and instructions. You can then apply the return label to the original package and drop it off at the nearest USPS location.
