Customers have one opportunity to use sizing insurance, per garment. gearUP Sports covers the first shipping label. We recommend trying on all of the garments in your order as soon as possible. Please make sure to include all garments needing exchange on your initial exchange request. This will ensure additional shipping labels are not needed.
If additional shipping labels are needed, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipment expense.
