Standard Production: Approximately 2 weeks Expedited Production: 3 Business Days
It takes our team approximately 2 weeks to process an order, as outlined in Step 4 at checkout. Processing does not include shipping time. Once the order has processed, it takes up to 7 days for the order to be delivered, depending on delivery location and shipping method selection. The West Coast will see reduced shipping times.
If your order is needed before 3 weeks, you will need to select expedited production at checkout - this will ensure your order is processed within 3 business days of order date or we will refund the expedited charge. Please note, expedited production does not affect shipping time. You will still need to select your preferred shipping option for the expedited order.
Additional shipping options are also available at checkout, but shipping options do not affect processing time. For example, if you choose next day delivery with standard production, you will expect to wait approximately 2 weeks for the order to be fulfilled and one day for the order to be delivered.
We always send out an email with tracking information once the order ships, but sometimes they get filtered out. You can add orders@gearupsports.net as a safe-sender to ensure you receive it! If you placed your order with standard production more than 2 weeks ago and you have not received a shipping notification email, you may contact us at customerservice@gearupsports.net to inquire about the status and tracking link for your order.
