What happens if my package is missing?

Tracking information for packages is sent via email as soon as the package leaves the Gear Up Sports facility. If you did not receive tracking information via email, please check your spam or junk folders. 

 

Sometimes customers may receive a “delivered” email from Gear Up before the carrier delivers or updates the tracking, and the carrier will deliver the package later that day. Please be sure to check your tracking link on the carrier’s website for the latest updates on your shipment before contacting Gear Up.  

 

In our experience, a package is considered lost after 5 days from the last tracking update. If your package is showing as in transit but has not received a tracking update for 5 days -OR- if the package is showing as "Delivered" by the carrier and has not arrived or received any new updates within 3 days after showing “Delivered,” please contact us at customerservice@gearupsports.net.
