# The label is made for my order, why hasn't it shipped?

There are a couple of reasons why tracking information may not show movement right away:

-Our warehouse may create shipping labels in advance. This helps keep the process as efficient as possible so the label is ready once your order has completed quality assurance and is ready to ship.

-Carrier scanning delays can occur. Depending on how busy the carrier is, it may take some time for all packages picked up to be scanned into their system. Unfortunately, once the package has been picked up, this part of the process is handled by the carrier and is outside of our control.
