Sizing Insurance = Peace of Mind. It’s a small investment that ensures you’re covered if your custom gear doesn’t fit — no stress, no returns, just an easy replacement process.

Ordering custom gear online can be tricky — especially when it comes to getting the perfect fit. That’s why we created Sizing Insurance — our simple, stress-free solution to make sure you end up with uniforms that fit just right.

Why We Offer It:
Since our items are custom printed and made to order, we’re typically not able to accept exchanges or returns once an order has been produced. However, we know sizing can sometimes be unpredictable — garment cuts may vary from season to season, vendors may adjust styles, or the sizing chart might not perfectly match the fit you expected.

That’s where Sizing Insurance comes in!

How It Works:
When you add Sizing Insurance to your order at checkout, you’re protecting your entire order — not just a single item. If any of your printed items arrive and don’t fit as expected, we’ll replace them one time at no additional cost for the new items (no need to send the originals back).

Here’s how the process works:

-Add Sizing Insurance during checkout — it’s a small percentage-based fee based on your order total.
-Try on your items once they arrive.
-Reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to request new sizes.
-Let us know which items need to be replaced and what sizes you’d like.
-We’ll process the replacements and get your correctly sized gear on its way as soon as possible!

We’ll always do our best to get your replacements to you as quickly as possible— though timing may vary based on production schedules.

What Sizing Insurance Covers:
✅ One-time exchange for any garment in your order that don’t fit.
✅ Replacement of all items in your order if necessary.
✅ No need to return the original items.

What It Doesn’t Cover:
❌ Style changes (for example, switching a T-shirt for a hoodie).
❌ Number or personalization changes.
❌ Refund requests — sizing insurance is for exchanges only.

**We highly recommend adding Sizing Insurance to every order — it’s the best way to make sure you’re covered in case of unexpected fit differences or size discrepancies.
