Return/Exchange Policy Overview
**Eligibility for returns or exchanges depends on whether the item has had embellishments added and/or if Sizing Insurance was added to the order. Any item with a team logo, number, name, or any other modification beyond what is produced by the manufacturer is considered to be embellished.
What items are considered printed and what items are considered blank?
Any product that has received some sort of embellishment from gearUP Sports (or our partners) - this includes all logos, team names, school names, company names, images, player names, player numbers or other decorations as well as our Sublimated items are considered printed. Blank items are any items that arrive completely stock without any printing or embellishment added to it.
Can I return/exchange my printed item? Printed items are not eligible for returns for a refund, and are only eligible for an exchange if Sizing Insurance is purchased at checkout.
Can I return/exchange my blank item?
Blank items are eligible for return for refund with a 25% restocking fee or exchange within 30 days of receiving the gear. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags.
Please note: we are unable to provide a prepaid return labels.
In order to return an item for any of the above reasons, you MUST REQUEST a return authorization number by contacting GearUp Sports Customer Service. Please reach out to customerservice@gearupsports.com to begin the return or exchange process.
**Please do not return items without requesting a return authorization number first, this will cause delays and may cause the return package to be lost.
Items must be sent back to our warehouse before a replacement item is sent. Items that do not meet the terms and conditions above, and are returned to GearUp Sports will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed to the credit/debit card used to purchase the item. Please allow 7-10 business days once the refund has been processed.
