Eligibility for returns or exchanges depends on whether the item is customized or if Sizing Insurance was added to the order.
A "customized" product is any item that has received printing or embellishment from gearUP Sports (or our partners). This includes all logos, team names, school names, company names, images, player names, player numbers or other decorations. Sublimated products are considered custom. This includes pants and other gear without a logo or personalization.
Customized items are not eligible for returns for a refund, and are only eligible for an exchange if Sizing Insurance is purchased at checkout. We offer Sizing Insurance for customers that may be unsure of which size to choose, so that they have the opportunity to exchange their printed gear. If Sizing Insurance is not selected at checkout, we are limited in the options we can provide.
Blank items are eligible for return, refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the gear. This typically includes pants, socks, belts, and other accessories. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags. All items returned for a refund (excludes exchanges) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please note: we are unable to provide a prepaid return label for orders that did not select Sizing Insurance.

Items must be sent back to our warehouse before a replacement item is sent. Items that do not meet the terms and conditions above, and are returned to GearUp Sports will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed to the credit/debit card used to purchase the item. Please allow 7-10 days from the date the product is received by GearUp Sports for the credit to appear on your statement.
In order to return an item for any of the above reasons, you MUST REQUEST a return authorization number by contacting GearUp Sports Customer Service. Please reach out to customerservice@gearupsports.com to begin the return or exchange process.

Items sent or altered in error by Gear Up Sports, including wrong size, wrong color, and wrong embellishment may be eligible for return/exchange. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via customerservice@gearupsports.net within 48 hours of receiving your gear to ensure we can accommodate.
