Q: Why don't I see the size/item I need on the webstore?
If a particular size or style isn’t listed on our web store it means that it’s not available at this time. This can be due to various reasons (Sizing is out of stock/Backordered, the manufacturer is no longer making that size, etc) However, if that item becomes available, we’ll be sure to add it to the store. Tall sizes are not available upon request. If tall sizes are in stock, they will appear as an option on your team’s webstore. For missing sizes, you’re welcome to purchase an available size and add Sizing Insurance to your order. If your preferred size comes back in stock within the next couple of months, we’d be happy to assist you with a replacement. Please keep in mind without the purchase of Sizing Insurance all sales are final with the exception of blank items.
