Q: Why does my order still say “Pending”?

A: Our system does not provide real-time updates while orders are being processed, so the status will remain “Pending” until your order has shipped from our warehouse. Tracking information will be emailed to you at that point, please add orders@gearupsports.net to your contacts to be sure you receive this email and it doesn't go into junk/spam.
