Q: When will my order ship?

A: Our usual production timeline is approximately 2 weeks from the order date for items produced on site. For custom made sublimated items the production time is roughly 2-3 weeks, this does not including shipping time, which will depend on the delivery method chosen at checkout (Holidays may affect this timeline).  We always send out a separate email with tracking information once the order ships, but sometimes they get filtered out into junk/spam mail.
