Q: There is an item missing from my order, where is it?

A: We are sorry to hear you are missing an item from your order! There can be a couple of reasons for this: - Your item might be on backorder: When an item is on backorder, it means we’ve temporarily run out of stock at our warehouse and are waiting for the next shipment from our vendor. For any order affected by a backordered item, we include a backorder notice card in your package. (however, sometimes this can be missed) As soon as the item is back in stock, our team will work quickly to get that item sent out as quickly as possible—no action is needed on your part. - The item was accidentally left out: Each order is carefully packaged by one of our team members, but occasionally human errors can occur. Rarely, an item—or a backorder notice card—may accidentally be omitted from a package. If your order confirmation and tracking emails list an item that was not included in your delivery, and you did not receive a backorder card, please email us at customerservice@gearupsports.net . We will investigate the situation and work to resolve it promptly.
