Q: My garment arrived damaged, what do I do?

A: If your garment arrived damaged (for example, with holes, tears, or stitching that has come undone) please reach out to our customer service team. Be sure to include:  - Your order number  - A photo of the damaged garment - Clear images of any printed tags, fabric tags, and/or the tag with the SKU number (often located on the side seam beneath the Care Instructions)  Once we’ve received that information, we’ll be happy to follow up with the next steps to get this resolved for you.
