Once your online order has been submitted, you will not be able to edit your order yourself
All orders are released to the warehouse by 9:30 AM PST the day after an order is placed. Once an order is released, all sales are final and the order can't be edited or canceled.
We don't guarantee we can modify orders, even before the cut-off. We will do our best to accommodate requests made by 9:30 AM PST. Requests received after the cut-off may not be fulfilled.
Changes can only be made to the items already existing in the order (change size, color, or customization preference).
If you completed your order over the weekend, you can email customerservice@gearupsports.net or call 503-747-5032 and leave a voicemail with your full name, order number, the best way to reach you, and how you wish to modify the order.
Due to the nature of our expedited order process, orders placed with the expedited production option are not eligible for cancellation or adjustment.
Additionally, sublimated gear is released as soon as we receive the order and likely can't be modified or canceled.
