Q: My package is lost, can you help?
A: Sometimes a package may be marked as delivered even if it hasn’t been received yet. In our experience, this can happen for a few reasons: - The package may have been delivered to a nearby address by mistake. We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if they received it. - If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. They may have additional information that we don’t have access to. - Occasionally, a driver may scan a package as delivered but forget to drop it off. In these cases, it may arrive a few days later. We generally consider a package lost after 5 business days of inactivity on the tracking information. If you’re delivery is past this time-frame please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to follow up with the next steps.
