Q: My package arrive but there is a wrong item, what do i do?

A: If your package arrived with the wrong item(s), please reach out to our customer service team. Be sure to include:  - Your order number  - A photo of the damaged garment - Clear images of any printed tags, fabric tags, and/or the tag with the SKU number (often located on the side seam beneath another tag) Once we’ve received that information, we will review the items compared to the order invoice and be happy to follow up with the next steps to for you.
