Q: Can I make changes to my order?

A: Orders are typically released to our production team the morning after they are placed, at which point we are no longer able to make modifications. We recommend reaching out to our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order if you’d like to make any changes. While we can’t guarantee that updates can be made, we’ll do our very best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been released for processing, we’re unfortunately no longer able to make changes and all sales become final.
