Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders are typically released to our production team the morning after the order has been placed, at which point we are unable to modify or cancel. We recommend reaching out to our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order if you’d like to cancel. While we can’t guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, we’ll do our very best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been released for processing, we’re unfortunately no longer able to cancel or modify and order, and all sales become final.
