Loading wheel will not go away during checkout

If you're receiving an error during checkout, it may be related to the shipping method selection. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Verify a Shipping Method Is Selected

Before proceeding through checkout, make sure you have selected a shipping method.

If you're unsure whether one was selected, return to the shipping section of checkout and confirm that a shipping option has been chosen.

Step 2: Refresh the Page

Sometimes checkout information doesn't load properly. Try the following:

On a computer:

  • Refresh the page normally 3 times.
  • Then perform a hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) 3 times.

On a mobile device:

  • Completely close your browser app and reopen it.

Step 3: Check the Shipping Method Again

After refreshing:

  • Confirm that a shipping method is selected.
  • If no shipping method is selected, choose one and continue to the next step of checkout.
  • If a shipping method is already selected, try proceeding through checkout again.

Step 4: Did the Issue Resolve?

If you are now able to continue through checkout, no further action is needed.

If the error persists, continue to the next step.

Step 5: Clear Browser Data and Try Again

Please:

  1. Close your browser completely.
  2. Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
  3. Reopen your browser.
  4. Return to the website and begin the checkout process again.

Important: If you restart the checkout process, your preferred player number may temporarily appear unavailable. If this happens, please wait approximately 30 minutes and try again, as the number may be temporarily reserved by your previous session.

Step 6: Contact Customer Service

If you're still unable to complete checkout after following the steps above, please contact our customer service team (customerservice@gearupsports.net) and provide:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • A description of the issue
  • Any error messages you receive
  • A screenshot of the error, if available

Our team will investigate the issue further and work with our technical team if additional assistance is needed.
