I'm unable to remove Sizing Insurance from my order at checkout.
If you're having trouble removing sizing insurance during checkout, please try the following steps:
- Refresh the page and try again
- Refresh the checkout page and attempt to update your sizing insurance selection.
- If the issue continues, perform a hard refresh:
- Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R
- Mac: Press Command + Shift + R
- If you're using a mobile device, completely close the browser app and reopen it.
- Return to the first page of checkout and select Decline for sizing insurance.
- Close and reopen your browser
- Completely close your browser.
- Reopen it and return to checkout.
- Your cart should still contain your items.
- Try updating your sizing insurance selection again.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies
- Close your browser.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Reopen the browser and return to checkout.
- Please note: This step may remove the items currently in your cart.
- If the issue persists
- Complete your order with the sizing insurance selected.
- Contact our customer service team with your order number after the order has been placed.
- We can review the order and assist with removing the sizing insurance and processing a refund if appropriate.
