I'm unable to remove Sizing Insurance from my order at checkout.

If you're having trouble removing sizing insurance during checkout, please try the following steps:

  1. Refresh the page and try again
    • Refresh the checkout page and attempt to update your sizing insurance selection.
    • If the issue continues, perform a hard refresh:
      • Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R
      • Mac: Press Command + Shift + R
    • If you're using a mobile device, completely close the browser app and reopen it.
    • Return to the first page of checkout and select Decline for sizing insurance.
  2. Close and reopen your browser
    • Completely close your browser.
    • Reopen it and return to checkout.
    • Your cart should still contain your items.
    • Try updating your sizing insurance selection again.
  3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies
    • Close your browser.
    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
    • Reopen the browser and return to checkout.
    • Please note: This step may remove the items currently in your cart.
  4. If the issue persists
    • Complete your order with the sizing insurance selected.
    • Contact our customer service team with your order number after the order has been placed.
    • We can review the order and assist with removing the sizing insurance and processing a refund if appropriate.
